I would think that these actions may well be done at the same time, hence no change except that the volume rises if too many do this at the same time. That rising volume may perhaps bring out additional buyers.
But that theory depends on timing which is a difficult thing to perform. Why not yesterday? And if so, what will happen tomorrow? Will it move up another 2-2.5 cents?
Impossible. I believe either something has leaked out or there is as rumour about.
