so the current board work through a difficult long planning process to get refusals from two Council's and then battle and win a Tribunal Appeal which overturns the Council's refusals
and
the board are not responsible for the fire of the plant at Lethbridge and while they was a delay in rebuilding the plant it has now been delivered and besides they achieved an insurance payout on it too

but I am meant to accept that they are "bumbling, delaying and incoherent".

I simply see the multinational mob as being opportunistic at this time when MZL is on the verge of great things.
