Its been a reasonable hold the last 18 months, with small capital appreciation but 5 cents paid out in dividends.
I would like to see them get on top of margins in the business, Revenue has expanded through acquisitions but the margins have decreased and earnings flatlined.
Service businesses require strong disciplined management to contain costs and drive efficencies. I hope to see a period of consolidation and cost rationalisation.
