    Stick to the issue, and leave the messenger alone.

    In 2007, BSA made a profit of $9m. They then spent $43m of shareholders money to get into the HVAC business. Fast forward 5 years later, and BSA's profit is lower than what is was in 2007.

    In other words, management of BSA has pi$$ed loads of shareholders money down the drain going into the HVAC business.

    The revenues have increased, so has costs. Look at management compensation.

    If you think this is a telco play, you are barking up the wrong tree. Have a look at the background of the current MD/CEO.
