you know when an insider buys 3 million units of stock on market with his own money when he already holds a few million units the company is doing well and has a few interesting things up its sleeve. Note that in the webcast the company did mention they were well progressed on a few opportunities

1. Second highest close in last few months (highest 41.5)
2. as sharks mentoined higher low support locked in
3 Oil price contonues t be robust
4. Bullsih calls pn Brent by the likes of Goldmans and BoA suggest we may see some upgrades to broker oil assumptions which will have a big impact on valuations of Roc
5. Technical indicators for both Bent and Roc looking good
6. Roc entering a high activity /high news period

It seems to me many factors that suggest Roc has alot of upside
