hi risktaka, I agree with you, there does seem to be a 11.5 mark that has really struggled to jump higher. Madmacs recent charting has only reminded me of the potential upward movement that could occur.
I will definitely revisit LEG, reread their announcements, rearch and try to ascertain when their next run will start.
They are potentially, a really good buy at the moment, still might be able to get them closer to 10. Howver, I emphasize that I will definitely research them before I decide to reinvest.

has t4p, discussed leg much of late? He is a full bottle on LEG, and has done considerable research on it.
should keep watching at least I say.
