    It's all a moot point let's just say they have a clear window as they know when the next 105 announcement will be and I bet they have talkedto Ken and have a good idea about 120 and when that will hit a point that would justify an announcement. Either way you have a choice buy sell or hold. Small cross trades and sell vols changing in a sec indicate that manipulation is happening.
