ASX don't investigate this stuff , they turn a blind eye to it because every trade makes them money so they don't have an issue with it
ASIC is the body that investigates and if you post an email address ill happily send you in confidence the correspondence with them over NEN .
If you go back and read previous posts youll see I have discussed this with ASIC several times and have had direct conversations with them and they will admit that they are powerless to stop it .
