I don't think we are seeing "manipulation". Its just pala selling a portion of shares after receiving a large bundle. If any thing they are doing the right thing by SH by not dumping the entire lot at once, demand seems happy, and being able to put a name to supply is rare, and we know the seller is in it for the long haul anyway.
