re: next week ....... I wrote to Steven Gostlow today asking

1. When would their quarterly results be released and

2. Is there anything preventing TOX from pre-setting their release dates and posting them on their website. Received a reply late this evening, which is below.

Regarding your query, TOX will be releasing our quarterly figures later next week.

I understand your position, but at this stage TOX will not be setting firm dates for the release of quarterly figures.

If this changes the market will be advised accordingly
