Maybe. Why not keep Octief as well then? Directors of Octfolio provided most of the money to list it via loans and underwriting. I can think of a lot of possible answers. Some are good (e.g. need for an independent testing arm), some less so (liability issues).
Alternatively, perhaps HRL will eventually be given the opportunity to acquire Octfolio too - maybe they are just staging the listing process to make it digestible by the back-door route.
