Between 29 March and 4 April, NTL sold a further 3,739,483 shares for $98,287.08 (average of 2.6cps).

NTL is no loner a substantial holder, and using the numbers in the last two SSH's, NTL still had exactly 3,500,000 shares at the end of 4 April 2016.

Here is some updated upper guesses as to NTL's cash:

$411,266 (31 December 2015)
+ $48,924 (BPL SSH 09/02/2016)
+ $116,582 (BPL SSH 14/03/2016)
+ $98,287.08 (BPL Ceasing to be SSH 07/04/2016)
+ $175,000 (equity in BPL of 3,500,000 shares 5 cents per share)
= $850059.08 cash and potential cash

It all comes down to whether NTL sold more BPL after 4 April, or whether they are still holding exactly 3,500,000 shares.
