I agree, it is not going to be an exciting ride with MTM but I expect they will have a slow and steady improvement in their profitability and eventually their share price. They are not going to be a potential 10-bagger but I think could be a 20% compound annual return company for the next 5 years.
Their plan of vertical integration and implementing professional systems into a an industry that hasn't changed much in the last 50 years is one I like a lot and should be successful. they have a very good management team and a majority shareholder from the same industry. Therefore the downside risk seems minimal.
