one point: the fact that the peterson well came in pretty well spot on the northern boundary of the field should give the market a tremendous amount of confidence. This is all the well was sposed to achieve ie specify the field limits allowing rapid maximisation of production etc. In fact unlike just about any other oiler in the patch AMU's costs should actually now be falling.

this field, although NOT the preferred target across the lavaca area, will in fact significantly boost both reserves and production very quickly..
Also of note: amortisation will come right back thereby pushing up NPAT now extended drilling program etc underway.
