Since when does management set a target SP for a certain month/...

Since when does management set a target SP for a certain month/ time frame...?? We can guess SP value eg market cap = roughly 10% of in ground resource value ( after an ANN is given on resource estimates), .. but the rest is market sentiment my friend.

We all have dreams of course :) :) can tell christmas is close; plenty of TURKEYS on HC .. read the KAL threads and have a good laugh.
