    positive outlook. PCL shareholding in Namibia is well covered with local participation which helps. JV is Pancon 70. %, Custos investments ,15 %, and Nat.Petroleum Corp of Namibia ,10%.. so one would think that PCL is well placed in the future ..let's hope a decision is made shortly
