The more I re-read the accounts, the harder I shake my head at the fact they are below 4c a share.
Gearing under 35%, and look-through gearing under 40%, and this was below the recent $138M in sales. The MIF statement today shows that property still selling only a few % below book value.
Oh well, I am loaded up now, and happy to wait it out.
