Doesn't look that way, having fallen 88 cents or 3% so far today, more than erasing yesterday's gain.
Daily chart shows indicators topped and turning down with the price touching the 50% fib of the range November low-February high.
The thick yellow line is a solid support/resistance which has to be overcome if the price is to make any progress.
