debarwa not sure mate, what i do think is that there has always been something(s) in the wind, these guys are clued up on the region they would of always had behind the scenes plans and ambitions thats what they do but they need the cashflow first. I don't think we'll see any aquisitions until the production is proven and steady and the cash is coming in. If they do that and boost up the Wiluna reserves first then start making moves.

remember though Apex does have the advantage of two more camps and two more plants, it wouldn't be hard to turn this into a 500k ounce producer with what they already have (providing they can prove up resource at the other mines ofcourse), so to bring in explorers with reserves would be the ideal early fit.
