In the small chance they became limited to any % minimum restriction, they will just source that which is above it. Along with the Tin reserve alone, there's next to no chance Cinovech won't go ahead in some form or fashion. So the way i see it is there's little risk taking it between 50-100 mil MC regardless. Sure without more knowledge people might not put 100% of their share money into it above that range but i'm sure most people would at least keep a lesser percentage. The higher it goes some people may sell portions off, and some people will buy portions which ever size they feel comfortable at.
