If they raised capital at $2.40 then they are indeed good Goblin - at raising capital at share price peaks.
Could be good for a few more days as you say - definitely not a buy and hold for the long term though. I would expect resistance to kick back in around $2.15 odd.
The bounce at $1.50 exactly suggests this is a very strongly technically traded charting stock.
I think this will see $1.20 before it breaks $2.70 imo.
