re: e-pay director holds 28% ((((You better go back and look at his entire holdings, he first injected $1.6 million at around $1.90 per share, I think these shares were from Zelcrest and not part of the recent AIM issue ?
I wont be able to tell until I see the annual report.))))

Just found out that Zelcrest and YKH holdings are both listed at the same adress "50 Raffels place, #34 -04/05 Singapore land tower, Singapore".

My guess is Simon Loh holds around 34% of SKG ;-)
