If the SP drops much further, market cap will be on equal standings with the cash balance of AWE, which is a company that:
a)wants to increase its oil to gas ratio (CVN is mostly oil) i.e. put the oil back in AWE.
b)is looking for an acquisition to make-up for falling resources.
