Spalding, I know the company did have some trouble signing oncologists up to their recently announced big study. The study seems to be testing chemo + sir-spheres against chemo by itself for their biggest indication which is colon cancer in the liver. Some of the docs with long sir-spheres experience they asked to sign up refused as they already know that chemo + sir-spheres is the new paradigm of treatment. That's what the company has been saying all along.

Chemo + radiotherapy is the standard of treatment for many cancers. Its just that in the past there hasn't been a way to give radiotherapy to the liver without destroying the whole thing, until sir-spheres came along. sir-spheres is just a fancy name for radiotherapy. Once this is properly understood, we will see another Cochlear/Resmed rival. Pheenon bangs on a lot and could talk the leg off a chair but he knows how to back a winner.
