I heard that it is a London fund selling and that Begg is going to start promoting the stock again soon. A lot of instos have to sell in these market conditions because they have redemptions. I think they are more interested in getting rid of the stock, rather then whether they sell for say 34c or 37c. This type of sell orders are not necessarily a reflection of the quality of the stock being sold, rather it is proportional selling of the total portfolio.

I think SAE is a good six month story, even anticipating further weakness in the oil price. The company is just starting to turn cash flow positive, which means the Paris Valley and San Joaquim programs can start soon. Paris Valley in particular will be a big value add. Entry point at this price level is bargain basement.
