As far as i am aware some work is proceeding on both the rail upgrade and the water supply pipeline, however these are not going to be fully completed until 2018, (or given our track record , 2020)

The FSE. WWC/RNG debacle can only stall their efforts, and should Mr T's holding drop below 26% his pole position with Eskom will also fall away.
Time methinks for the RES, BEE partners to start sharing some JW Black with Eskom execs. An Eskom contract would provide a nice bread and butter base to work from when generating the super margins.
