I have watched both AAR and PEN trading this morning and someone has had programmed orders every 3 minutes in an attempt lower the sp.

Two possible reasons for this and both are done for the same reason:
1. Looking for stops (AAR and PEN are now listed CFD stocks. The MM will be looking to accumulate as many as possible at a lower sp to trade.)
2. Getting the sp as low as possible to accumulate as many as possible at lower prices.

I have no doubt whatsoever this is what is currently occurring. Both PEN and AAR are about to run.
