cant say im seeing people jumping out of trees to buy into Valad but i think if you have a longer term investment horizon then you could do quiet well out of Valad. Ive dipped my toes in and may top up if necessary, good to see insto's buying back into Valad.
Just went back and saw last time i was in Valad was Dec 2008 and the s/p was in the 4's which after consolidation isn't much different to now. last time i did quiet well so hoping to repeat that. although reading thru the financial accounts it does highlight that most of Valad's debt profile matures over the next 2 years.
