I have a biased view but i think that hvn has been oversold. i have read broker reports stating that because hvn are franchises, they are not as susceptible to slowing demand because they are still receiving franchise fees.
People haven't stopped buying cars since the last interest rate rise so why would they stop buying housegoods which are much cheaper than cars.
