There is some solid buying coming in that is hosing the offer.
JRL would be an unlikely seller at these prices IMO with a placement going through at $1.02 if ratified there is no sense in selling at a vast discount.
If the placement goes through then EME is more or less funded through to mining with the requirement of a small debt component.
