Surely the conditions [water inflow et.al.] they encountered at Telfer could have been anticpated from the outset and yet seemingly they went ahead considerably under-prepared.
Aren't these new managers brought on because they bring "experience and specific knowledge" to the project?
They now issue a disastrous report which likens the GT3000 to an early 1960's VW being held together by gaffer tape and clothes hanger wire.
