if there are foreign major shareholders hiding in the Noms a/c's then they'll need to equate themselves with asx listing rules.
Not following the rules of a jurisdiction is not a policy any major public or private company would want to pursue. Likewise it is not a policy that the board of a company would support.
I don't believe any Australian company would break any listing rules...
