You could have a private company or two registered in the BVI (Bristish Virgin Islands) and no one would ever know who is behind them.
It could be you, it could be me, and yes it could even be some of the Directors and/or management or Management's friends in there.
And usually the ones that will make the big moves or prepare the groundwork for the big move, most of the time are just those types of companies. Simply because of their secrecy provisions.
I don't know if you was ever invested in CVI and ADY. If you did, you'd know what I mean in saying that. Most importantly though, it keeps on coming back to me and in my mind.
