there are a few MPO investors that have been saying this for awhile. It also leads to questions regarding 'why' is the stock being manipulated.
Seems there is definately someone accummulating in the noms a/c's without bothering to disclose. Months ago someone posted an expensive report that showed monthly movement in and out of the nom's a/c's. One of the JP Morgan a/c's had a huge inflow into the a/c without any movement out of the account. It was also well over the 5% threshold and from memory didn't belong to any of our top 20.
Some posters contacted management at the time to try and force them into an announcement. They simply said they are aware of it and aren't concerned as any entity has an obligation to disclose.
I have kept a copy of an email (and reply) i sent to MPO and will keep it for my records.
