Guys,
They probably need to turn 'Australia' into a large number of mini 'Singapores' to achieve critical mass in any one 'Singapore' within Australia.
Furthermore they should forget all of the other 'Singapores' and just do the first one properly before they move onto the second one.
Alternatively they admit the limitations of their balance sheet and franchise out the other 'Singapores' to bigger parties that can put in 400 -100 lockers in per 'singapore' quickly and easily.
This sort of thinking overcomes the issue of a just a few lockers in each city achieving very little and being nown by very few people ---- critical mass is the key in my view.
