Management appears to have well and truly stuffed this one up. Announce a massive capital raising.... then nothing for months. Meanwhile a frustrated market sells down,down,down waiting for news that never comes...and as the share price sinks further,the opportunity to undertake the cap raising at premium prices is lost, resulting in either more shares issued to get the same amount of money, huge dilution, or the same amount of shares issued to get less money. Otherwise known as a lose-lose situation. Anybody got any thoughts or information as to what is going on?
