Suggest you speak with management, i was told that due to it being medical grade there are numerous processes to go thru for approval by various organisations.
The product will probably be ready within the time frame you are quoting however it cannot be released until all health regularity authorities approve the product for use.
That is how i understand the position, but it may pay for you to check this out with Caultech management.
