Sam was employed because LUM wanted representation on East Coast to promote to the stockbroking firms. Sam was employed because of her financial management skills, but, moreso because of her strength in the legal aspects of running an ASX listed company and to help LUM write contracts. She hasn't had to do much of this in the past year. So they going to employ a private law firm now to write contracts - or do they not see a need for this in the next year or so?
When ya CFO runs - if you a shareholder, you watch real closely. Someone was jumping out this morning based on this news I would think, and the suckers were buying in.
