without a date for the farm-out ann it might get a big jittery for MEO. My own thoughts are that if Sept 30 was deemed not enough time from the other parties then you would think the announcement will come out on the later side of Oct rather than 1 week after the original date lapsed. I would rather sooner than later but more time to get that price going north I guess.

Things can change quickly but the buy side has been building nicely today.
