Sorry,if I worded it wrong,but should have said if those in the placement are prepared to take some great quick gains(I dont know their intentions,but SI investors are usually happy with 100% + gains)and constantly sell at 2 cents ,would it stop the price moving up in the short term.Shouldnt have used the word cap.Hey,I hope it doesnt but does happen a lot.
