    "A leading broker has a $3/3.20 target for DCA Group on a pre Mia acquisition basis following DVC's announcement that it has acquired the former Christo Road Private hospital in Newcastle for $3.75 million.

    The broker expects that DVC will have the facility almost ready to meet local demand by the time of the next government approvals round in January 2005, and could expect to receive at least the majority of the licences for free from the government."
