US equities became/are overvalued as money seeks yield. Underlying US economy looking okay if not great. Near term risk of increased interest rates in UK and US. US markets will probably fall further over October, low energy prices will help limit downside. Making predictions on the world economy is probably a mugs game though. I just don't see a major market crash arriving yet. A signing or two would make most macroeconomic backdrops irrelevant though!
