Muppet i think with mid term elections pending in Nov they will not want any share market event prior to then so safe near term anyway. Increase rates in the US?? Not a chance in hell. As soon as they do that the mountain of debt gets harder to service and the whole house of cards comes down. Rates will only go up close to the end game for the US and by then it will be too late. Deflation will continue. More QE on the way.
