MKY is another, another DYL. Certainly Hugh Warner has been a non executive director and excutive director of many companies, directors are hard to find, so quality ones get roles in many companies.
You see many of the same group of directors in many companies because in Australia there is only a small pool to get them from (ie 1 example coming from a different mining company late last year had 9 board positions come up and only 3 people applied, despite having mining tenemants of every flavour including U in Oz and OS).

Actually the board as a whole in MKY looks pretty damn good, quality like Mr Alan Fitzpatrick and Mr Allan Blood are certainly not easy to come by and wouldn't agree to join unless they believed there was something in this one.
