The latest I heard was that Lorenzo was scheduled to go 'live' at end of financial year June 30. They may have put out more recent guidance than this. I don't follow IBA that closely.
I agree, this software will be the company maker for IBA. If they can prove they can bring such a big project in on schedule and its as good as they say it is then it gives them big credibility internationally.
