    Yes, that was the most recent announcement. You need to look beyond the simple fact that a director lodge a "change of interest" notice, and have a look at a) how many shares he bought, and b) what explanation was given.

    Both points a) and b) can be relevant. In this particular case, the number of shares is very small - a couple of thousand - and the explanation given is the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP). So in other words, this director "buying" is just getting his dividends from shares he already holds, in the form of more shares.

    This is very different from a director buying large numbers of new shares on-market using new money out of his own pocket.
