I don't think it will go much below $5.20 to 5.25. The capital injection by Allco will not dilute earnings per share. In fact earnings per share will increase. The cost of capital is nil whereas the cost of debt is probably around 7%. They will basically have little debt after the capital injection. The current dividend yield is approx. 5%.

After the general meeting next week which will ratify the share issue the share price will stabilise and the share price will get back on track.

RCD is great buying at $5.25. Get on board now before its too late. This is a classic growth stock.
