IMO this sale of the Newington property is a good thing. The instos will view this reduction in debt as a + and that's exactly what we need to see the true value of the stock. It's not going to happen with just retail investors.
We are yet to see major contributions from Nevada and it now seems that Hawaii is looking to get on the bandwagon with a view to legalizing gambling. If they legalize then there's only Utah left in the US.
Macau's growth is expected to continue into 2012.
IMO current prices are cheap. I have been topping up in the 40's as we no doubt are heading toward a lower pe ratio next fy.
