Hi Sarg,

I like to use graphs to compare possible dynamics of growth/time using similar mining companies, SFR and AMI are close to what is happening to PEX.
AMI moved from 20 cents to 60 cents from June 2017 to June 2018-giving it a factor of 3.
The number of shares is about 4 times less for PEX as compared to AMI-giving I a factor of 4.
Hera-Nymagee Project is comparable to what PEX has got at this stage.
It is a speculative look at our investment and a bit of fun but 3x4 is 12,give it 50 % discount for the unknowns=6
6x 50 cents=$3 per share for PEX in the next 12 months-at least.
I am now less enthusiastic about the take over soon, it possibly is such a rich deposit that it may be difficult to agree what it is worth for a while.
