Excellent post Claudes, I think most here are extremely happy that Vesp is guessing/reading the situation as he sees it. MD aren't we all entitled to an opinion? I've noticed that you keep guessing that we are going to trial. I'd say a few here might think that is unlikely but you are entitled to your guess the same as everyone else.
